1 cup red lentil
2cup water
1/2 cup soy milk
150g tomato, cut into dice
80g onion, cut into dice
1Tbs garlic
1Tbs ginger
1Tbs Coconut oil
1Tbs Miso
1tsp turmeric powder
2tsp garam masala
Whole spices (mustard seeds,cinnamon, clove, cardamon and curry leaves)
pinch of salt and black pepper
