Cilantro Miso Potato

Cilantro Miso Potato

30 g coriander leaves and stems, coarsely chopped

1 Tbsp pine nuts, or mix pine nuts and walnuts, or use almonds, cashews or hazelnuts

3Tbsp extra virgin olive

2 tsp Miso

Put all into a blender and mix until smooth.

Mix with 4 small steamed and baked potatoes.
