Beets & Rosemary Miso Soup

Beets & Rosemary Miso Soup

150g Beets, boiled and cut into bite size

80g onion, sliced

200ml water

100ml almond milk

1Tbs Olive oil

1Tbs White Miso

a spring of Rosemary


Heat 1Tbs of oil in a pan or saucepan over a medium heat, add onion and fry for around 5 minutes, or until golden and softened.

Add water, beets and rosemary, cover the pan and simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove the rosemary, put the white miso and the mixture in a blender and mix until smooth.

Return it and the almond milk in a pan. Simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes, but not boiling.

Season with a pinch of salt & black pepper.

玉ねぎ 80g

水 200ml

アーモンドミルク 100ml

オリーブオイル 大さじ1

白味噌 大さじ1

ローズマリー 1枝

塩胡椒 適量
